One teacher winner per verified participating school with eligible entries. Only teachers at schools Draw Pillows worked with that completed the program are eligible. Entries close November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Enter through a new teacher survey submission; the survey is free to complete, and no purchase or payment is required. One entry per teacher; negative, neutral and positive ratings are equally eligible. Entry and answers remain private, and entering does not grant publication permission.

Who can enter

This giveaway is only for adult teachers at schools Draw Pillows has worked with that have completed a Draw Pillows program. It is not open to all schools or general retail customers. School participation and teacher employment are reviewed before an award. No student information is required to enter.

Prize and designs

One eligible teacher winner per participating school with eligible entries will receive one free XL Trophy Pillow, approximate retail value $239. Each winner can choose Rainbow Star, Gold Star, Apple Star or Trophy Cup and arrange student signatures through their school after selection. Images show example artwork, not the eventual winner's signatures. No payment or shipping fee is required to receive the prize.

Entry period

Entries open October 26, 2026 and close November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Winners will be announced December 1, 2026, one per participating school with eligible entries. The server's receipt time determines whether an entry is on time. Earlier survey responses are not silently enrolled. Feedback can still be submitted after the prize draw closes, without a new entry.

How to enter

Submit a new teacher survey during the entry period to record a provisional entry using the teacher's name, private email and school. The survey is free to complete, and no purchase or payment is required to enter. There is a limit of one entry per teacher for this campaign; duplicate submissions do not increase chances. Negative, neutral and positive ratings are equally eligible, and agreeing to public use is never required.

School verification and selection

Entries remain subject to eligibility verification. After the entry period closes and eligibility review is complete, Draw Pillows will randomly select one teacher from the eligible entries for each verified school and announce the winners December 1, 2026. A school with no eligible entries has no winner. Chances depend on the number of eligible teachers entered for that school. Rating, comments, preferred design and entry method do not affect the random selection. The team contacts winners privately using the entry email and coordinates announcements with their schools; names are not automatically published.

Privacy and prize acceptance

Survey answers, classroom notes, contact details and entry records stay private to the Draw Pillows team. Entry information is used to administer the giveaway and contact potential winners, not to enroll entrants in unrelated marketing. Any public use of written feedback requires separate permission and disclosure of the incentive. Winners arrange school approval and consent for any student signatures after selection. Do not upload student names or signatures in the survey.

Administration

Draw Pillows sponsors and administers this teacher thank-you giveaway. No winner is selected before closing, and winner selection is recorded in the private admin panel. Ineligible, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be excluded under these rules, without deleting the associated survey feedback. Contact your school program contact or the Draw Pillows team with eligibility or prize questions.
