What stays private

Your survey feedback, email, full name, structured classroom answers, and private classroom notes stay with authorized Draw Pillows team members.

Survey feedback stays private

This survey does not ask for or grant publication permission. Written comments are optional. Public use requires separate permission; previously consented reviews may remain on their existing pages. Classroom diagnostics always remain private.

Protect student privacy

This form is for adults 18 and older. Do not include students’ personal details. Contact Draw Pillows to request a correction or withdraw earlier publication permission.
